For several years I served in LDS Church Priesthood assignments as Elder's Quorum instructior for six years with one quorum and then with a second Quorum. Involvement included counselor in two Elder's Quorum presidencies prior to being called as Elders Quorum President of the Capitol Hill First Ward in Salt Lake City. With this assignment we began as a less functioning organization to build its operation into an effective Priesthood Quorum.
